Cocktail description
Prosecco rosé gives a particular touch to the citrus taste of Aperitivo, while the alcoholic foam, made with our Amaro Gamondi, gives a balsamic and herbal note to the drink.
method
Build. For the foam: add 1 teaspoon of sucrose esters to Amaro Gamondi and whip the mixture with a whisk.
