Vermouth di Torino Superiore Bianco

Here tradition mixes with Madagascar. This is the traditional Piedmontese aperitif prepared according to the ancient recipe of the house to which the sweetness of vanilla from Africa is added.






It is composed of a melange of wines for 49% from Piemonte Cortese and 51% from Moscato d’Asti docg. The characterizing element is the manufacturing process based on six separate infusions to enhance each ingredient: absinthe, Madagascar vanilla, elderberry, clary sage, marjoram, thyme and coriander. But that's not all, because there are also bitters such as gentian and cinchona to which are added fresh bitter oranges and oriental essences such as nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper and mace.
  • To be enjoyed cold or on the rocks.
  • Excellent when served neat, on the rocks or as a base for surprising cocktails.
